Processing Times

We’re a small, hard-working crew — every order is packed by hand.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During product drops, sales, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer (we’re moving fast, but we don’t cut corners).

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number emailed to you so you can follow it from our shop to your door.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship through USPS and UPS for most orders.

Typical options include:
    •    Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)
    •    Express Shipping (3–4 business days)
    •    Sticker-Only Orders often ship via USPS letter mail (no tracking).

If you order multiple items, we may ship them together or separately depending on stock availability.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 and occasional promotions — keep an eye on our social pages and email list for those. Unless stated otherwise, free shipping offers apply to U.S. orders only. Unfortunately free shipping does not apply to POD (print on demand) orders so you will be charged shipping for those products.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.
We’re working toward expanding worldwide — follow us on Instagram for updates when we go global.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package reaches your country.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us at support@degengolfco.com — we’ll help however we can.

We’re not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice a mistake after checkout, email us immediately at support@degengolfco.com with your order number and correct info. We can’t guarantee changes once your package is in transit.
